Cinzia and Angelo Capella are maintaining the culinary traditions of the Swiss canton of Ticino. Their restaurant "Al Grott Café” near Lake Maggioren serves lots of local specialties such as polenta with Priora cheese. The latter is one of the most expensive dairy products in Switzerland.
